For "authentic" Mexican food.....it's garbage. Tastes like your absolute whitest friend possible made the food. I should know, I'm practically albino lol. Nah but seriously my wife's Latina and she hated it. She actually got mad at me for bringing it home.

The fact that this place has a box of avocados by the register that are specifically picked to be ones that are ripe for use same-day is the coolest.

I went to buy some meat, and I bought other things, including 2 avocados, and when I got home and for some reason I looked at the receipt, they had charged me for 5 avocados...we need to check the receipts

The table was a little sticky and dirty. Has to slide the mess to the side. The ladies at the front register didn't seem to want to get bothered into cleaning the table. Their attitude wasn't the best. Food wise the food was OK. Not the greatest but it's ok.

I cannot believe the bad reviews and ignorance. Folks are complaining about the 'bad Mexican' food but its not Mexican food, it is Central American and all cultures have different seasonings and tastes. Let's please understand this before reviewing publicly and looking crazy and ignorant. I love this little store for all our quick latino needs. The couple that I believe to be the owners are always pleasant and humble. The tamales are great. It is very well maintained and the selection is so much better than it was with the previous 2 owners.
